The Province of Neuquén (the "Province"), a province of the Republic of Argentina, has successfully issued Short-Term Notes for an aggregate amount of AR$ 1,500,000,000, under the Province’s Global Short-Term Notes Program due on 2020, within the aggregate amount of AR$ 6,000,000,000. The Class 1 Series I Short-Term Notes were issued for AR$ 1,500,000,000, due in 182 days from its issuance date and accruing a floating interest rate equal to the Badlar rate plus a 6.00% margin. The issuance date of the Short-Term Notes was on January 29, 2020.
Banco Provincia del Neuquén S.A. acted as a principal arranger and placement agent; and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco Macro S.A., Macro Securities S.A. Banco Patagonia S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U. y Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. acted as co- arrangers and co- placement agents.
