TCA Tanoira Cassagne advises Meranol in the issuance of Notes

Meranol S.A.C.I. ("Meranol" or the "Company") a chemical company of German origin based in Argentina, dedicated to the production and commercialization of industrial chemical products, successfully completed the placement and issuance in the local market of Notes Class 25.

TCA Tanoira Cassagne has assisted Meranol S.A.C.I., as issuer, in the issuance of Notes Class 25 due on 2025, July 13, for an aggregate amount of AR$1,700,000,000 and accruing a floating interest rate equal to the Badlar rate plus a 10% margin (the "Notes").

The issuance date of the Notes was on May 13th, 2024.

The Notes are listed in Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.

In order to increase the industrial supply of locally manufactured chemical products, the company has set up a multipurpose reactor plant with state-of-the-art technology to expand the range of complementary products to sodium lauryl ether sulfate, and a new surfactant plant to sulfate high mole alcohols for the oil and gas industry.

In addition, Meranol distributes in the market other industrial chemicals from companies all over the world, of which it is the commercial representative in Argentina.
