Equity Trust Company (Argentina) S.A., in its capacity as financial trustee of Fideicomiso Financiero BeST Consumer Finance I (the “Trust”), has issued securities for a total amount of Ar$ 45,447,738.  The issuance took place on January 23, 2007, including Debt Securities for Ar$ 33,176,850 (“Debt Securities”) and Certificates of Participation for Ar$ 12,270,888 (“CP”).

This transaction was authorized for public offering by the Comisión Nacional de Valores (the Argentine Securities Commission) and is listed in the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.

The Trust was created under the Financial Trusts Global Program “BeST Consumer Finance”, established by Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., an Argentine financial institution authorized to act as commercial bank.

The settlor of the Trust is a private trust (Productos Financieros II Trust), which trustee is the same company that acts as trustee of the Trust, Equity Trust Company (Argentina) S.A.

The Trust holds all rights to receive the proceeds from the cash flow of the collection of personal loans before transferred to Productos Financieros II Trust, granted to employees of several companies with personnel under Decree N° 691/2000 and retired and pensioned people.  The loans are paid up through the “ANSES” (Argentine Social Security Administration) code of salaries discount.

Fitch Argentina Calificadora de Riesgo S.A. assigned an “AA-(arg)” rating to the DS and.  PriceWaterhouse & Co. S.R.L. is the Trust Auditor, and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. is the Arranger and Underwriter.  HSBC Bank Argentina S.A. also acted as Underwriter.
