With the endorsement of the American Chamber of Commerce AMCHAM and Guevara & Gutierrez S.C. Servicios Legales, the breakfast – workshop “Current Labor Regulations: Contradictions” took place in the City of La Paz, led by Dr. Primitivo Gutierrez, a founding partner of the firm.

The main purpose was to analyze de contradictions within labor regulations: Supreme Decrees and Ministerial Resolutions regarding Sunday pay and other recently enacted regulations.

This workshop – breakfast was intended for businessmen, chiefs of human resource departments, executive officers, lawyers, managers, auditors, accountants, payroll supervisors, financial managers and workers in the private as well as public sectors.

Dr. Primitivo Gutierrez, the lecturer, has a masters in tax law, a postgraduate degree in taxation and is a member of the La Paz and Santa Cruz Bar Associations.
