García & Bodán (Nicaragua), through Carlos Téllez, Managing Partner, and Haward Álvarez, Associate, is currently providing legal services to the Prodemex-Consovipe-Llansa Consortium, entity that will be executing the project “Construction of the New Hospital-School Alejandro Dávila Bolaños”, known as the “New Military Hospital”. Said counsel has been primarily linked to corporate issues; all geared to facilitate the operation of the Consortium, which will be developing the above-mentioned project, which is valued at more than 60 million dollars.

The Military Doctor Body and its flagship project, the Hospital-School Alejandro Dávila Bolaños, arrived at its 33 anniversary, having achieved that the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (BCIE, for its initials in Spanish) approve a loan of more than 60 million dollars for the construction of the new hospital, which will be located on the site of the old El Retiro Hospital, in the center of the Nicaraguan capital. It should be noted that the Hospital-School Alejandro Dávila Bolaños has the mission of providing comprehensive health services to the military and civilian population of the country using the best available technology and train health-services personnel at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
