García & Bodán (El Salvador) through its Senior Associate Oscar Torres,  and David Claros, Associate, is advising the Costa Rican company Integra Kapitales, which is a company formed by the leading Costa Rican entrepreneur figures, established to search and execute investment opportunities in the region.

The legal advice has consisted in the negotiation and granting of a promise of sell agreement over a terrain, which was made through the local company "Proyecto Bodegas de El Salvador S.A. de C.V.", as well as developing a promise of lease agreement of a building planned to be developed on that property.
