Surcos S.A. ("Surcos"), a leading company in the sale of agricultural inputs, carried out a new issuance of simple corporate bonds under Series XIII for a total par value of $2,693,750,000 with a variable annual nominal interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a margin of 7% (the "Series XIII Notes"), within the framework of their global program for the issuance of simple bonds up to U$S100,000,000 (Dollars one hundred million) (or its equivalent in other currencies) (the "Program").

The Date of Issuance and Settlement of the Series XIII Notes was April 30, 2024.

Nicholson y Cano Abogados advised Surcos, while TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Banco Supervielle S.A, Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Invertir en Bolsa S.A., Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Facimex Valores S.A., Macro Securities S.A.U., and TPCG Valores S.A.U. as placement agents (together "Placement Agents"), in the issuance of Series XIII Notes.
