Sabrina R. Gallo is Chair of the Miami Product Liability & Mass Torts Litigation Group, and a nationally recognized lawyer representing clients in product liability, toxic torts, class actions, and other complex litigation matters in federal and state courts.  As a trial lawyer in multimillion-dollar litigation, she concentrates her practice on the representation and defense of products liability cases, including consumer and personal care products, medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Sabrina has experience managing individual, nationwide and mass tort litigation involving a variety of products, including talc and cosmetics, medical devices, including infusion pumps, insulin pumps, mesh, vascular products, and other implants, and pharmaceuticals, including chemotherapy medications and hormone replacement therapy. Her experience also includes representations of clients in clinical trial litigation. Sabrina also regularly counsels manufacturers regarding review and drafting of appropriate warning language for product recalls, reporting and labeling, Medicare Secondary Payer Act compliance and litigation, and other pre-litigation matters.

Complementing Sabrina’s trial experience is her deep experience in advising clients on complex settlement strategies in mass actions, as well as individual pre-suit claims and lawsuits. She provides all-inclusive strategic litigation management and resolution strategies, including assessing the viability of claims to structure defense and resolution strategies that are tailored to the client’s financial needs and overall objectives. She handles both large settlements, serving as national resolution counsel for an international medical device manufacturer, as well as resolutions in smaller, individual matters for her clients.

Sabrina is recognized in Chambers USA for Litigation: Product Liability (Florida) Band 1 ranking as "a go-to lawyer for product manufacturers."  She is also recognized in the Best Lawyers in America for Product Liability Litigation and recommended by The Legal 500 United States based on her experience representing product manufacturers in litigation across the nation.
