In 20 years of experience in civil, arbitration, administrative and criminal litigation, she has represented multiple successful cases.
In civil matters, she has served as lead attorney for litigation related to tort law, contractual breaches, and existence of obligations. She litigates confidently both as a plaintiff and in defense of defendants.
She has defended the interests of clients such as Lorenzaetti, Rosejo.
In arbitration matters, she has stood out in processes related to the construction area, both residential and industrial, assuming the direction of the interests of companies such as PRODECO and Eurohogar.
In contentious administrative processes, she has represented the interests of individuals and companies in their claims against the State for the execution of abusive, null or infringing acts of the rights of individuals.
In this instance, she has directed judicial processes in search of compensation for the damages suffered by her clients. She has represented clients such as Productos de Concreto, S.A., Cámara Costarricense de la Construcción.
In criminal matters, he has directed complaints and civil actions for compensation in matters of patrimonial criminal law (fraud, fraudulent administration, stelionato, registry fraud) and culpable crimes against life and integrity (transit), obtaining successful results for his clients, both in terms of recovery of real estate, such as obtaining compensation for the events they have suffered.
In 2022 he was recognized by Legal 500 as a "Rising Star".
