Adrián Furman is the managing partner of the firm and head of the Corporate/M&A practice area.

He provides advice on a wide range of corporate and business matters, as well as contractual and commercial issues. His clients span various sectors, including entertainment and telecommunications, agribusiness, energy, consumer goods, and the food and beverage industries. He has actively participated in numerous national and international mergers and acquisitions as lead counsel.

In 2005, he was an international associate at the New York offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP.

He served as co-chair of the International Transactions Committee of the International Law Section of the American Bar Association.

Adrián has over 25 years of experience practicing law and providing legal services. He serves as a director and auditor for many companies and acts as the local legal representative for multinational conglomerates.
