Agustina Giordano joined Marval in 2021, as a member of the Corporate/M&A Department. Her practice focuses on advising companies on a wide range of corporate, registration, transactional, and cross-border matters.

Before joining the firm, she worked in other leading law firms for 7 years, advising local and international clients on M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations, due diligence processes, and contractual and day-to-day corporate matters.
