She focuses her professional practice in corporate and transactional law with a specialty in capital market, advising issuers, placement intermediaries and qualified investors in connection with public and private debt and equity issuances and acquisition offers including the structure, negotiation, and drafting of documents and procedures before banking and securities authorities regarding the issuance of capital and development stock certificates, drafting of issuing trust agreements, placement prospectus and other documentation required to carry out the issuance of said securities. She has advised clients regarding financial regulations, including banking, insurance capital market compliance and fintech regulations.
