Alejandro Antillón heads the real estate and hospitality division, advising an impressive portfolio of high-end developers and hotel chains on transactional, financial and regulatory matters. He is also part of the Corporate / M&A division.

He is an active member of the International Tax Planning Division, working together on complex real estate deals and international tax structures.

For a one-year period in 2004-2005, he served as General Manager of Stewart Title Costa Rica, a prominent international title insurer with extensive operations in Central America.  In addition to the recognized skills that define his professional practice, the experience at that second company increased his knowledge of the Costa Rican and regional real estate markets.

He holds a law degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Universidad Autónoma de Centro América and an LLM in International Commercial Law from Washington College of Law.
