He studied Law at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, Caracas (1984), and has a Master’s Degree in Procedural Law (Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, 1989). He has been a professor at the Metropolitan University and at the Central University of Venezuela.
 

Alejandro has represented: McDonald’s (Alimentos Arcos Dorados de Venezuela) in several judicial and administrative proceedings at the national level; Syngenta in labor counseling and in labor litigation related to the departure of high-level employees; Bristol-Myers Squibb in continuous labor advice (global mobility, litigation, sensitive dismissals, monitoring of judicial processes) United, in matters related to the expatriation of its employees; Grupo Masisa (Andinus and Fibranova), in the negotiations of collective contracts between two group companies; Servipork in sensitive dismissal and subsequent litigation; and Energizer in the negotiations for the dismissal of their employees in Venezuela.
