In this area, she provides advice and assistance to companies in matters related to mergers, acquisitions and financing. She also provides legal assistance to regulated subjects in the banking, insurance and securities sector.
She has experience in the public sector as part of the work team of the Panama Maritime Authority and also handles labor, corporate and commercial issues having worked in the private sector as a lawyer in Panamanian law firms.
During her masters studies she had the opportunity to acquire knowledge in Arbitration, Financing, Maritime, Air and Land Transport Law.
She also has experience in due diligence processes, preparation, review and formalization of corporate documents.
Alexandra joined the Banking and Finance Department in April 2023.
