Alonso Vargas has served as a Judge of the Supreme Court of Justice of Costa Rica, so he has deep knowledge of the processing of Civil, Commercial, Labor and Judicial Collections. He has been an external advisor for judicial collections for several state entities such as the National Learning Institute; the Municipality of Montes de Oca, Municipality of San José, and Banco Popular, among others. In his extensive career as a litigator he has represented both individual clients and national and international companies.
