Álvaro Ramírez de Haro joined Pérez-Llorca in 2006 and was appointed Partner in January 2019. Currently, he is Partner in Charge of the Pérez-Llorca office in London.

Álvaro was also selected by the United States government in the U.S. program. International Visitors Exchange Program 2013.
Álvaro is specialized in Commercial and Financial Law.

Experience

Since the beginning of his professional practice, Álvaro has advised national and foreign clients in all types of commercial operations and, in particular, in mergers, acquisitions and financing operations. Since joining Pérez-Llorca, Álvaro has advised on several of the main operations in the Spanish market. During the years 2012 to 2014, Álvaro was a member of the cabinet of the Secretary of State for Commerce, being responsible for the coordination of legislative affairs of the Secretary of State.
