Ana Cristhian Davila has notably worked as a lawyer in several prestigious law firms and multinational companies in Nicaragua, practicing widely in the areas of Labor Law and Social Security, Administrative Law, Litigation and Human Resources. Her extensive experience includes, among other things, advising local and international companies in the negotiation and formalization of collective agreements, labor litigation, contract negotiation and administrative procedures. As part of her extensive experience in Labor Law, Ana Cristhuan Davila served as an Inspector Department of the Ministry of Labor for several years. Currently, his knowledge and experience in labor law has allowed him to successfully manage collective agreements and union negotiations for the main private companies in Nicaragua. He currently works as a professor in Labor Law at the Catolina Redemptoris Mater University.
