Ana is an associate in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice in the Madrid office. She develops her practice in the corporate area, with a special focus on corporate acquisitions, advising both industrial investors and private equity funds, as well as in corporate restructuring processes.

He has advised national and international clients on a wide range of matters, including corporate and commercial legal advice in the day-to-day operation of their businesses, drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on structuring, incorporation and liquidation of companies and branches, capital increases and drafting of articles of association. He also provides advice and implements corporate reorganization operations such as mergers and spin-offs, both domestic and cross-border, as well as international transfers of corporate domicile.

He has also participated in several due diligence processes -corporate, contractual, real estate, trademarks and litigation- in sectors such as private security, communication, transportation, medical, hotel and energy, among others.
