Andrés joined Galicia in 2015 as an associate in the Customs & International Trade practice. Since 2022, he heads this practice at the Firm’s Monterrey office. 
He has over 14 years of experience advising domestic and international clients on import and export operations, developing legal strategies and applying the regulatory framework of international treaties in Mexico. He specializes in nearshoring projects, developing and maximizing opportunities for foreign trade operations.
