In his career as a lawyer at Lexincorp, he has been responsible for the coordination, negotiation, structuring and execution of various international transactions. Likewise, its development in the Corporate department consists mainly of assisting national and international companies in their incorporation and the legal development of their operations in the country. Currently, Antonio advises internationally recognized companies on local and international projects, with special emphasis on: Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Distribution Contracts, Renewable Energies, Tax Incentives, Banking Law, M&A, Customs Law, among others .
