Antonio has experience in legal consulting and environmental litigation. He advises on mergers and acquisitions and financial transactions, audits, project structuring, environmental licensing processes, consultations and opinions in general.

He also works with the firm’s ESG (Environmental, Social & Corporate Governance) practice, a pioneer in the Brazilian legal market.

Antonio assists with judicial and administrative litigation and consensual dispute resolution, including the negotiation of conduct adjustment agreements (TACs), representing local and international clients in the energy, oil and gas, mining, steel, chemical, transportation, telecommunications, real estate, sanitation and waste. industrial, agro-industry, pulp and paper, and forest exploitation.

He is also a member of the Environment, Health and Safety Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).
