Arnoldo Troconis

D´Empaire

Arnoldo Troconis specializes in Corporate Law, Aeronautics, Telecommunications and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Before joining D’Empaire in 1996, Arnoldo worked as an intern at Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody in their Austin offices in 1991. He also served on the board of directors of Banco Republica (1995-1998) and Corporación Digital (2000-2006).

Arnoldo studied Law at the Andrés Bello Catholic University (Cum laude, 1988).

He has an M.C.J. from the University of Texas (1991) and is a specialist in Financial Law from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (1994).

Arnoldo was a professor of "Internationalization and Law" at the Institute of Higher Administration Studies (IESA) between 2002 and 2003.
