He is a legal advisor to large transnational companies in Honduras, assisting them in the development of all their commercial activities in the country. He has managed to finalize investments of millions of dollars in national areas of energy, maquila, and regulated sectors, and has participated in mergers and acquisitions of national companies by foreign investors, including the corresponding notifications before the competition authorities in Honduras.
In the area of ​​Energy & Infrastructure, he has experience advising the installation of a portfolio of more than 300mw of renewable energy in Honduras, from its creation to completing the necessary financing for the construction and operation thereof. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers for several consecutive years as one of the best lawyers in Honduras on energy issues. In addition, he has experience in legal consultations in the regulated sector, international and national bidding process, energy contracts and legal consulting.
