Begoña joined Galicia in 2018 and is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate practices.
She advises domestic and foreign companies and private equity funds on corporate matters related to corporate restructurings, acquisition of shares and assets in different sectors and industries (including energy, infrastructure, technology, hotels and education) and real estate transactions, specifically real estate investment trusts (REITs) and hotel developments, with a primary focus on transactional work.
