Ben Davis is a partner in Proskauer’s Corporate Department and a member of The Private Credit Group and The Finance Group. 

Ben’s practice focuses on advising on acquisition and leveraged finance facilities and debt restructurings in the middle market and upper market. He represents a variety of clients including private credit funds, alternative lenders and private equity sponsors on unitranche loans, second-lien financings, first out / last out structures, holdco PIK and other subordinated facilities, preferred equity investments, special situations, litigation funding and distressed situations among other innovative, first-in-kind transactions involving private sources of capital.

Ben was a member of the LMA working party that developed the precedent unitranche intercreditor agreement.
