Bernardita works in the areas of real estate and corporate law. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, advising Chilean and foreign clients in the acquisition of real estate for the development of projects (hotel, industrial, infrastructure, among others).
 
Her advice extends to financing processes, negotiation and structuring of real estate transactions, negotiation of short and long term lease agreements, title studies and their regularization in order to comply with urban planning legislation.
 
In addition, Bernardita advises domestic and foreign clients in due diligence processes in the context of mergers and acquisitions in connection with real estate assets. She also assists clients in administrative proceedings and procedures before competent sectorial services in real estate matters.
