Bernardo has experience in a wide range of financing and debt transactions, with a focus on project financing for infrastructure companies.

He represents national and foreign companies, sponsoring banks, and other financial institutions, managing financing for multilateral and investment agencies with special experience.

Bernardo also specializes in financing in regulated sectors, especially energy, sanitation, mining, roads, ports, airports and telecommunications.

A former international associate in the New York office of Milbank LLP, Bernardo is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
