Brett Feldman is a litigator and legal strategist with almost ten years of experience representing consumer-facing businesses of all sizes and development stages. He regularly represents hospitality, consumer-packaged goods, healthcare, insurance, and other businesses that offer goods or services to the public. He has extensive experience handling matters involving significant financial and reputational risk in trial and appellate courts across the country, before state and federal regulators including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Department of Justice (DOJ), and throughout alternative dispute resolution proceedings. 

Brett’s practice also includes representing clients in antitrust regulatory and compliance matters. He has experience providing antitrust counselling on pricing and other issues, embedding with deal teams to identify and mitigate competitive risk, preparing merger control filings required by the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, and defending clients in FTC investigations and enforcement litigation.
