Carl concentrates his practice in the corporate area, advising domestic and foreign companies in corporate matters, such as incorporation, modification, transformation of their companies, capital increases and other restructuring processes.

She also participates in the drafting of shareholders’ agreements and meetings, board of directors’ meetings and in the elaboration of power of attorney structures of various kinds to manage the company for clients in different industries.

Additionally, he manages the legal operations of commercial transactions, participates in corporate due diligence processes and mergers and acquisitions.
