Carlos Hutchinson joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in July 2012, promoted to Associate in 2019. His professional practice focuses on administrative and tax litigation in different sectors, representing both domestic and foreign clients. He has extensive experience in advising clients on procedures initiated by federal tax authorities, as well as in the design and management of procedures before the Mexican Tax Ombudsman.
