Carlos Omar Castañeda Saavedra joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 2017 in the area of Local Taxes and Administrative Strategic Litigation in the Mexico City office. His litigation practice covers all applicable local taxes in Mexico. Carlos has advised different organizations of the private sector in the analysis of bills on Local Taxes.
His professional practice focuses mainly on advising and dealing with litigation and consulting regarding local taxes, as well as dealing with administrative procedures by local tax authorities.
