Carlos Gustavo Palacios Morales joined the firm from its foundation and has more than 20 years of professional experience. His practice has focused primarily on Civil and Commercial Procedural Law.
He has experience in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation, individual bank and private foreclosure proceedings, collective foreclosure proceedings either assisting the creditor or advising the debtor, summary proceedings for the eviction of real estate and recovery of property by means of Ordinary Proprietary Claims or constitutional protection actions.
Additionally, he has specialized in mergers and acquisitions, advising in the due diligence process on all aspects of litigation that has been initiated against or in favor of the company being acquired in such process.
Degree in Legal and Social Sciences from Rafael Landívar University.
Participation in due diligence processes and in the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements for the acquisition of international fuel companies’ shares. Board member of one of the most influential fabric manufacturing companies in the country.
He represents as a legal representative of several companies of national and international prestige and participates in intellectual property litigation cases for international brands.
He represents as a legal representative of influential National Associations at national level.
