Carlos works as associate at Nader Hayaux & Goebel. He has an extended corporate law, Banking and Finance, M&A, and real estate background. He has advised companies on a full range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, cross-border commercial transactions, and joint ventures.

Carlos has participated in complex real estate transactions, including purchasing, financing, refinancing, operation, and commercializing real estate properties in the construction, housing, and logistics industries.

Prior to joining NHG, Carlos worked for six years in the transactional and corporate law area of another Mexican law firm.

Carlos received his law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (IBERO) in 2014. He also obtained his master’s degree in Business Law at Universidad Anahuac and several postgraduate diplomas in finance and business negotiations at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE) respectively.
