Carlos is an associate at Nader, Hayaux y Goebel S.C. in the areas of securities, banking, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law matters.

He has experience in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities in the Mexican market, as well as in regulatory compliance matters for issuers and other participants in the securities market.

In addition, Carlos’ professional practice has included participation in due diligence matters, structuring of private equity transactions, financings, as well as advising corporations and financial system entities on compliance and corporate governance matters .

Prior to joining NHG, Carlos worked for 2 years as an intern at a prestigious Mexican law firm, where he gained experience in corporate and commercial law, foreign investment and real estate law.

Carlos obtained his law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho in 2024.
