Carmen Fernández-Ladreda is a lawyer in the Financing, Projects and Restructuring group of the Madrid office.

She received her law degree from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in 2010 and her degree in Business Administration and Management from the same university in 2011.

She has experience in corporate finance transactions, project finance, acquisition finance, as well as debt restructurings and refinancing.

Recognized as one of the Top 50 Rising Stars under 35 in Spain and Portugal by Iberian Lawyer (2020).
