He has experience in incorporating various types of companies and structuring good corporate governance practices in commercial companies. He participates in the drafting and review of complex commercial contracts. He regularly participates in conducting due diligence, providing advice on compliance measures to be considered as a precautionary measure or prior to a transaction.

Within the regulatory sphere, he has extensive experience in the areas of banking, transportation, postal services, and telecommunications, having participated in postal service license management processes before the Telecommunications and Transportation Authority (ATT) and defended clients in administrative sanctioning proceedings brought by various regulatory entities.
