César Domínguez, lawyer, member of the firm since 2019, consultant in International Taxation, authorized to practice as a lawyer in Mexico since 2000, has extensive experience as a consultant in international taxation, standing out in previous periods as Fiscal Attorney for the State of Guanajuato, adviser to the Budget Commission of the H. Federal Chamber of Deputies during the LXII Legislature, adviser to the Center for Public Finance Studies of the H. Federal Chamber of Deputies and consular protection lawyer at the General Consulate of Mexico in San Francisco, California (Internship, 1999).
He was a member of the National System of Researchers in Mexico until 2019.
