Marval O’Farrell Mairal

Clara Ibarborde joined Marval in 2022, as a member of the Corporate/M&A Department. Her practice focuses on advising companies on a wide range of corporate, registration, transactional, and cross-border matters.

Before joining the firm, she worked in other leading law firms, in the National Ministry of Social Development, and in a startup for lawyers. She has written articles on capital contribution in cryptocurrencies, on time optimization for corporate lawyers, and on the implications of cryptocurrencies in income tax.

Clara was graduated of Corporate Law at the Universidad Católica Argentina in 2021. She also completed specializations in Corporate Law and LegalTech, as well as attending the High Potential Young People course at IAE Business School.

Clara is also an assisting professor of Corporate Law at the Universidad Católica Argentina.

She is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
