Claudia Vivas has notably worked as a Lawyer in highly prestigious law firms in Nicaragua, practicing widely in the areas of Corporate Law, Banking Law, Tax Law, Administrative Processes, Energy and Hydrocarbons and Real Estate. She has extensive experience in local legal practice as an advisor to companies as well as non-governmental organizations and embassies. She served for many years as Senior Legal Advisor to the Economic Section of the United States Embassy in Nicaragua. His extensive experience includes, among other things, advising national and international companies in the preparation of commercial, civil and corporate contracts of regional application. Likewise, he has extensive experience in advising in the Energy and Hydrocarbons sector in obtaining permits and licenses for the development of energy projects in Nicaragua.
