Concha Fernández is an associate in the Tax Department of DLA Piper Madrid. She is continuously involved in the international tax planning of foreign investments in Spain and Spanish investments abroad.

Concha also has extensive experience in all types of tax proceedings (including economic-administrative and contentious-administrative), as well as in inspections and in the day-to-day advice of large multinational companies.

Additionally, Concha is part of the Transfer Pricing team, with whom she has participated in numerous value chain and transfer pricing projects for Spanish and foreign groups. She has experience assisting clients in the planning and definition of transfer pricing policies, as well as in their implementation and documentation, covering a wide range of related-party transactions in different sectors.
