Daniel is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups, where he brings more than a decade of experience in civil litigation and employment disputes. Daniel’s practice focuses on representing clients across a diverse spectrum of matters, including commercial litigation, contract disputes, torts, and arbitration. He has represented clients of the firm before the Puerto Rico Courts, Federal Courts and administrative agencies. He also has experience managing and helping clients navigate extraordinary proceedings such as preliminary and permanent injunctions.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel spent twelve years in private practice at other firms, handling labor disputes at all levels. His employment practice encompasses wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, workplace accident and health and safety investigations, failure to reasonably accommodate claims, and other complex employment matters.

In addition to his litigation practice, Daniel advises companies on labor and employment matters, contract negotiation and regulatory compliance. He is experienced in drafting business and employment contracts, drafting policies and manuals, and designing internal processes to support operational efficiency. Employers regularly rely on Daniel’s guidance in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conducting internal and government-facing investigations into employment-related issues.
