Diego Marvan joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in November 2002 and served as an Associate through March 2013. From April 2013 to March 2015 he served as Regulations Manager for Large Taxpayers at the Tax Administration Service (SAT). He returned to the Firm in April 2015 focusing on tax litigation. Since his reinstatement, he has specialized in anti-money laundering, anti-corruption and compliance and corporate integrity.

He is as a professor at the Universidad Anáhuac del Norte teaching Theory of Taxation and Tax Laws.
- Member of the Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance committee of the National Association of Corporate Lawyers (ANADE).
- Member of the Anti-Money Laundering committee of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants (IMCP).
