Diego Noguera has broad experience in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities and capital markets, compliance and corporate governance.

In the course of his professional practice, Diego has represented domestic and foreign companies in the buying and selling its assets, both inside and outside of Chile; just as, in debt restructuring of companies and your corporate reorganization. In addition, he has advised companies on the local and international placement of securities, among them shares, bonds and ADRs.

Currently, Diego co-heads the local Compliance practice, advising diverse companies in the development and implementation of regulatory compliance models, in the preparation of policies, procedures, reporting channels, risk matrixes and control panels, under best practices and market standards.

Finally, Diego has served as a director of different of companies and he has corresponded advice in numerous corporate governance matters to companies and families.
