Diego provides specialized advice on public infrastructure concession contracts, both public and private works and services in various key sectors, such as transportation, energy, sanitation, water treatment, mining and housing.
He regularly represents clients in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, whose matters in dispute usually involve public and private law aspects, as well as technical and economic-financial elements.
In the field of arbitration, Diego participates in the representation of clients in national and international disputes, including arbitrations administered by the ICC International Court of Arbitration and ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules. Likewise, he intervenes in expert determinations related to infrastructure projects.
In addition to his participation in the aforementioned mechanisms, Diego also advises clients in contract management, dispute prevention, claims procedures, as well as in the structuring and negotiation of contract closings.
