He represents companies in investigation proceedings and negotiations with Brazil’s Labor Prosecution Office, as well as audits and proceedings with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. Domingos assists with privatizing companies, preparing and adjusting compensation and benefit plans, and staff reduction measures.

He also supports clients in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring transactions.
