Eduardo is partner in the Firm’s Energy team. His practice is particularly focused on the power sector, where he is regarded for his hands-on approach and technical knowledge.

He advises clients in navigating legal issues associated with the development, purchase and sale, and financing of power projects (primarily from renewable sources), including the negotiation of contracts such as power purchase agreements (PPA), engineering, procurement and construction contracts (EPC), and operations and maintenance agreements (O&M). He has represented a broad variety of participants, including generators, developers, financial institutions, equipment vendors and corporate energy end users.

Eduardo worked as a foreign associate in Paul Hastings’ Washington, D.C. office.
