Edward has experience representing sponsors, commercial lenders, multi-lateral agencies, export credit agencies and corporates on finance transactions throughout Latin America. He has worked with clients in the mining, oil and gas, power generation (thermal and renewable) and transportation sectors. He has extensive experience in project finance, trade finance, bilateral and syndicated lending, acquisition finance and project development.

Edward is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and has focused on Latin America for his entire career, including over four years living and working in Brazil.
