His practice focuses on contracting technologies, negotiation and advice on development processes, licensing, implementation and maintenance of software, privacy, personal data and information security, electronic commerce, distribution and franchise contracts, and, in general, matters related to new technologies and intellectual and industrial property.
 

He has also carried out various corporate consultancies for foundations, corporations and trade associations related to technology and data protection, including the design and implementation of their governance, constitution of the legal entity and modification of their bylaws.

From 2013 to 2015, he served as an Associate in Carey’s Natural Resources and Environment Group and his practice focused on natural resources, mining and energy.
