Her professional experience includes advising leading companies in the gaming, technology, entertainment, pharmaceutical, fashion and food industries.

Elisa has extensive experience in providing legal advice to clients focused on regulatory compliance, e-commerce, advertising, consumer protection and data protection.

She advises and participates in the drafting and negotiation on a recurring basis in various sponsorship, promotion and marketing agreements, as well as in other commercial agreements, including technology outsourcing agreements.

He has extensive experience in advising leading pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies on regulatory matters and in the review and negotiation of licensing, distribution and supply agreements, as well as in the review and negotiation of clinical trial agreements, clinical studies and research or review of informed consents.
